# Human Rights Report

## Project setup

1. Clone this repo
2. Set up `<VirtualHost>` and `/etc/hosts` file
3. Create `tmp` directories
    * `app/tmp`
    * `app/tmp/logs`
    * `app/tmp/cache`
    * `app/tmp/cache/models`
    * `app/tmp/cache/views`
    * `app/tmp/cache/persistent`
4. `chmod -R 777 app/tmp`
5. Create `app/Config/database.php` file (simply copy `database.php.default` to `database.php`)
6. Update database configuration to match with local database set up

## Setting Up ACL

1. Add groups (admin, editor, registered)
2. Add users for each group
3. run command `cake acl create aco root controllers`
4. run command `cake AclExtras.AclExtras aco_sync`
5. go to `http://<app_url>/users/initDb`
